This Enforce-ment Conference concerns the circumstances surrounding the inoperability of the Unit 1 AB diesel generator fuel oil transfer system.
Following the Enforcement Conference, a Management Meeting will be held to discuss the status of your Regulatory Performance Improvement Program.
