By letter dated April 15, 1983, the Division of Licensing (DL) staff informed your company of the results of the review of your Inservice Inspection (ISI) Program and request for relief submitted on Novem-ber 18, 1977, as revised through September 23, 1982.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 were not required for the approved ISI Program or relief since this application preceded the March 1978 Part 170 Revi-sion which brought about fees for license amendments and other plant-specific approvals.
However. your letters dated December 17 and 20, 1982 and March 31, 1983, requested additional relief from the require-ments of Section XI of the ASME Code and provided additional informa-tion on your ISI Program for Vnit Nos.
1 and 2 of the D. C. Cook Nuclear Plant.
This additional request is subject to fees.

The DL staff has informed us that the review of your additional relief request documented in your'etters of December 17 and 20, 1982, and March 31, 1983, will involve consideration of a single safety issue.
Therefore, a Class III fee of $4,000 and a duplicate unit Class I fee of $400 are applicable to,the additional relief request.
On this ba-sis. it is requested that your company remit the sum of-$4,400 to this office. If the DL staff's final review of this request reflects that these fees are not correct, you will be notified and any necessary adjustments will be made.
