The staff of the Division of Licensing (DL) has provided copies of the following letters'iled by your company that provide data required by two license conditions of License No. DPR-74 for Unit No. 2 of the Donald C.'ook Nuclear Plant. It is our understanding that the DL staff will have to review these submittals to determine whether the license conditions have been satisfactorily fulfilled before they can consider deletion of these conditions from License No. DPR-74.

September 22, 1978 Letter (AEP:NRC:00090) regarding postulated Steam'ine Break Inside Containment.
er'ased on information provided. by the DL staff as a result of a preliminary fee review of your letters. it has been determined that each review will involve the consideration of a single safety issue.
Therefore, a Class III fee of $4,000 is required for each of the above, items. It is requested that your company remit the sum of $8,000 to this office for items 1 and 2 above.. If the DL staff's final reviews of these submittals reveal that these fees are not correct, you will be notified and any necessary adjust-ments will be made.
