Conner We have completed our review of the information provided by the Indiana and thichigan Electric Company (IHECo) letters dated November 5, 1982 and December 14, 1982, on the THI Action Items II.F.l,l and II.F.1.2 on partic-ulate monitors.
That information resolved our concerns on deviations and is acceptable.
Our Confirmatory Order on I1arch 14, 1983, listed II.F.1.2 schedule of completion as April 1982, however. in the IHECo letter dated April 29, 1983, the system described as in place to meet the intent of II.F.1.2 is a separate system from the one we reviewed and portions are listed as temporary.
While we may agree that the "separate" system is sufficient to satisfy II.F.1.2 requirements, we believe you should correct the problems with the moisture in sampling lines and establish your original system as the primary system.
The INECo letter dated April 29, 1983, also brought to our attention the error on II.F.1.3 schedule.
Since this item is also not complete and we do not have the current schedules for either II.F.1.2 or II.F.1.3, IHECo is requested to provide this information, along with sufficient details and justification, within two weeks of receipt of this letter.
