This application requested changes to the D. C. Cook Unit I/os.
1 and 2 Technical Specifications to permit storage of Westinghouse 16x16 optfmfzed fuel in the D, C. Cook Spent Fuel Pool.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22

1 and the February 28, 1983 spent fuel pool storage request. ft has been determined that the spent fuel pool changes Mill involve consideration of a separate single safety issue.
Gn this basis, Classes III and I fees are due for your spent fuel pool storage changes.
Therefore, ft is requested that your Company remit a sum of 44,400 to our office. If the ONRR staff's ffnal review of the reload and spent, fuel poo'I changes reveals that the two Class III and the Class I fees are not correct for them, you will be notified and any necessary adjustments vill be made.
