This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated September 27, 1982 which transmitted the page changes to the "D. C. Cook Modified Amended Security Plan" referenced in your letter of June 7, 1982.'e have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are consistent with your commitments of June 7, 1982 and 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan.
The changes are, therefore, acceptable.
