5 2 Based on the conference call on September 22, 1982, the following questions need further clarification:
(1)
Provide relevant quality assurance/quality control records to ascertain the existence of Dur-0-Wall in the walls as specified.in the design.
If no record is available, the licensee is requested to develop some means to confirm its existence.
(2)
Provide verification to assure proper anchorage of Dur-0-Wall at the boundary and proper bonding between Dur-0-Wall and mortar.
(3)
Justify the use of Dur-0-Wall as reinforcing element in masonry walls in view of the fact that this is normally not considered a reinforcing element.
In your justification include relevant test data with discussion on applicability of these test data to D.

Cook masonry walls.
(4)
Indicate the number of walls which were qualified relying on the strength of Dur-O-Wall, and the calculated stress leve'1 in the rebar.
