AND 2 This letter confirms the resolution of all remaining issues on 4the D, C.
Cook Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS) in a conference call between representatives of NRC, AEP, IMEC and Franklin Research Center dn August 9, 1982.
It is requested that you incorporate the agreed-upon changes in a formal request to HRC for an amendment to the Technical Specifications by September 10, 1982.
He will prepare an SER by September 30, 1982, and the new RETS will be effective on April 1, 1983.
Revision of procedures and installation of equip-ment will take place bet'6'een September 30, 1982 and April.l, 1983.
