Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter and its Attachments request several changes to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos.
1 and 2 Appendix A Technical Specifications.
Attachment No.. 1 contains a brief description of the changes.
Attachment No.
2 contains the revised Technical Specification changes for Unit No.
1 and Attachment No.
3 contains the revised Technical Specification pages for Unit No. 2.
Some of the pages included in Attachments 2 and 3 to this letter, have already been transmitted to you in our letter No. AEP:NRC:0591 dated January 22, 1982 and are being resubmitted here for ease of processing.
All changes are indicated by a vertical line on the right - hand side of the page in Attachments No.
2 and 3.
The proposed Technical Specification Changes contained herein have been reviewed and approved by the Plant Nuclear Safety and Review Committee (PNSRC),
and will be reviewed by the AEPSC Nuclear Safety and Design Review Committee (NSDRC) at its next meeting.
The proposed Technical Specification revisions contained in this submittal constitute a Class III amendment.
Class I duplicate fees also apply for these changes.
- Enclosed, therefore, is a check in the amount of $4,400 for NRC processing of this request.
