We have received a copy of your application dated April 7, 1982, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application proposed certain Technical Specification changes related to power distribution limits for the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and data to support why a similar change is not necessary for Unit 2.
A Class II fee ($1,200) was submitted with your application pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of their pre-liminary review of your application, it has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) is appropriate for Unit 1 since the review will involve consid-eration of a single safety issue and a Class I fee ($400) for Unit 2 since the data provided will require review to confirm that a Technical Specifica-tion change is not required for Unit 2.
Therefore, you are requested to remit the additional sum of $3,200 to our office.
