Enclosure 1 indicates Region III personnel for whom permanent non-employee, no escort required picture ba'dges, as authorized by 10 CFR 73.55(d)(5),
are requested.
Region III personnel listed in Enclosure 2 are requested to be badged for unescorted access in the protected area only.
The information contained in the enclosures is effective upon receipt.
