As a result of our review of your Safeguards Contingency Plan for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant and the information provided in your April 21, 1980 letter to Harold R-Denton, we find that we require additional information.
The specific information required is listed in the enclosure.
Your response is requested within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
Our review of your plan has shown that the'plan requires, substantial revision for it to be acceptable.
Therefore, we recomvand that you take this opportunity to revise the Safeguards Contingency Plan's format so that it is more in line with the format of Regulatory Guide 5.50.
