This office has received a copy of your November 2, 1979 (AEP:NRC:00297) application requesting seven changes to the Donald C.

Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 Appendix "A" Technical Specifications which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review and approval.

Your request was accompanied by a Class III ($4,000) amendment fee for Unit 2 and a Class I ($400) amendment fee for Unit l.

Based on guidance from the ONRR staff as a result of their preliminary
