This is to confirm my telephone'iscussion with you on November 6,
- 1979, concerning the provision of office space at the D.
C.
Cook Plant for our Resident Inspection Program.
As we discussed, Region III plans to assign a second resident inspector to the Cook plant in the spring of 1980.
The space requirements, then will need to accommodate two full-time inspectors and a part time secretary, as well as space for miscellaneous equipment for reproduction, facsimile trans-mission, files, and a conference table arrangement for the use of other NRC personnel when at the site for meetings,
- caucuses, etc.
I understand that your new office facilities now under construction are planned for completion about March, 1980. If you need further information, please let me know.
