Your application dated March 19, 1979, for amendment to Facility Licenses DPR-58 and DPR-74 f'r Cook Units 1 and 2 was accompanied by fees for Classes II and I, The applicatiqn proposed Technical Specification Changes for these facilities relating to the Rod Position Indicator

1979, we advised your Company that the above application involved consideration of a safety issue

and, as such, requires a Class III for one of the units and the remittance of an additional

$2800.

Tu date we have not received the requested addi-tional amount.

The $2800 should be forwarded to this office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
