We are expanding the capability of the Region III Incident Re-sponse Center and in doing so require reference material in addition to the material that is used in our inspection program.
Would you please send to this office, two controlled copies of the Site Emergency Plan and Implementing Procedures, four sets of site maps showing the location and grid or station numbers of environmental monitoring stations on and off-site and two sets of site maps used for off-site dose determinations or evacuation and a set of diffusion overlays to be used with these site maps.
This material is required for your D. C. Cook Site.
