O 0 r All of the proposed technical specification changes contained herein have been reviewed and approved by the Plant Nuclear Safety Review Committee (PNSRC) and the AEPSC Nuclear Safety and Oesign Review Committee (NSORC). The results of these reviews indicate that in no instance will the proposed technical specifications ad-versely affect the health and safety of the public. This application for a license amendment is considered to be a Class III Amendment per 10 CFR 170. As required by Part 170 Sub-section 22, a check for $4,400.00 accompanies the submittal.
