FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENTAGENCY'S REPORT
Dear Mr. Levine:
Enclosed is a copy of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) evaluation report for the. November 18, 1998, medical services drill at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station
. and Maryvale Medical Center.
The report indicates that there were no deficiencies and five areas requiring corrective action identified during the drill. No response to the NRC'is required.
