NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-528/99-03; 50-529/99-03; 50-530/99-03
Dear Mr. Levine:
This refers to the inspection conducted on January 25-29, 1999, at the Palo Verde Nuclear
Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 facilities. The purpose of the inspection was to review
your radioactive effluent program and engineered-safety-feature
air filtration testing program.
The enclosed report presents the results of this inspection.
We determined that releases of radioactive effluents were controlled, monitored, and quantified
well. Engineered-safety-feature
air filtration and adsorption units were correctly tested and
maintained.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).

with you.
