NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-528/98-16; 50-529/98-16; 50-530/98-16
Dear Mr. Levine:
From August 24-28, 1998, a radiation protection inspection was conducted at your Palo Verde
Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 reactor facilities. The enclosed report presents
the scope and results of that inspection.
The inspection focused on radiation exposure controls and control of radioactive materials and
contamination.
The radiation protection program performed well in these areas.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure willbe placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
Should you have any questions concerning this inspection, we willbe pleased to discuss them
with you.
