STN 50-628/629/530 Comments on Draft Regulatory Guide DG-1071, "Standard Format and Content for Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report" In. the January 12, 1998, Federal Register (63FR1877-1878), the NRC solicited comments to Draft Regulatory Guide DG-1071, "Standard Format and Content for Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report." APS has reviewed Draft Regulatory Guide DG-1071 and NEI's comments on the same. APS agrees with and endorses NEI's comments, in addition to having the following comments:

Page 6, in the section on prompt dismantlement (DECON): It is suggested that a new item be added as follows:

Removal of radioactive soils or sludge wastes Page 6, in the section on long-term storage: It is suggested that new items be added as follows:
