Primary Nuclear Property Insurance with a limit of liabilityof $500,000,000 through Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited, effective April 1, 1997.

2.

Excess Nuclear Property Insurance with a limit of liability of $2,250,000,000, through Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL II), effective November 15, 1997.

3. The total Nuclear Property Insurance coverage in force for PVNGS is

$2,750,000,000.
