Shoemaker (Docket Number 55-50649; License Number OP-50462) no longer needs to maintain a license. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.74, APS is providing notification that Mr. Shoemaker has been permanently reassigned to a position that does not require a license, and requests that this individual's license be expired per 10 CFR 55.55.
