Dear Mr. Levine:

This letter is in regard to the Palo Verde plant-specific probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) model that you have provided to the NRC and which has been included in the NRC's "library" of PRA models that are developed using the "Systems Analysis Programs for Hands-on Integrated Reliability Evaluations" (SAPHIRE) code.

This letter is to inform you of our intention of placing the Palo Verde PRA model on the docket and in the public document rooms in 30 days from the date of this letter.

If you claim,that your'RA model contains proprietary information, please submit an affidavit.'as, required by 10 CFR 2.790.
