Units 1,2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Reply to Notices of Violation 50-528/529/630/9708-01 and 50-528/629/630/9708-03 Arizona Public Service Company (APS) has reviewed NRC Inspection Report 50-528/529/530/97-08 and the Notices of Violation (NOVs) dated April 22, 1997.
As requested in the Inspection Report cover letter, APS'esponse is enclosed.
Enclosure 1 to this letter is a restatement of the NOVs and APS'esponse is provided in.
Although enclosures 1 and 2 of this submittal do not contain safeguards information, the enclosures do contain information concerning attributes of the physical protection of the facility and therefore APS requests that this submittal be handled in accordance with 10CFR2.790(d)(1) and should be withheld from public disclosure and not be placed in the Public Document Room.
