I This letter acknowledges receipt of your, letter dated July 26, 1996,.w'hich'transmitted Revision 18 to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Emergency Plan,:.submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(q).
Based on your determination that the changes do not deer'ease the'effectiveness
'of your
mergency plan, and that it continues to meet the standards of 10,CFR;50;47(b)"and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 50, NRC approval, is not.req'unbred.
Implementation of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the effectiveness of your emergency plan.
