NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-528/97-04; 50-529/97-04; 50-530/97-04
Dear Mr. Levine:
An NRC inspection was conducted
February 9 through March 22, 1997, at your Palo
Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2', and 3 reactor facilities. The enclosed
report'resents
the scope and results of that. inspection.
During the 6-week period covered by this inspection, your conduct of activities at the Palo
Verde facility was generally characterized
by. safety-conscious
operations,
sound
engineering
and maintenance
practices,
and careful radiological controls.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter
and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
