Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Present Levels of Financial Protection Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3), the present levels and sources of property insurance maintained for PVNGS are reported as follows:

1. Primary nuclear property insurance coverage with a limitof liabilityof $500 million through Nuclear Mutual Limited (NML),effective April 1,1996.

2. Excess nuclear property insurance coverage with a limitof liabilityof $2.250 billion, through Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL II), effective November 15, 1996.

3. The total Nuclear Property Insurance coverage in force for PVNGS is: $2.750 billion.
