Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Extension Request for Reply to Notices ofViolation 50-528/529/96-1?41, 50-528/529/530/96-172, and 50-529/96-1 74 Arizona Public Service Company (APS) has reviewed NRC Inspection Report 50-528/529/530/96-17 and the Notices of Violation, dated January 14, 1997.
As discussed in a February 13, 1997 telephone conversation between D. G. Marks, Compliance Section Leader, and D. F. Kirsch, NRC Region IV Reactor Projects Branch Chief, APS respectfully requests a seven (7) day extension to respond to the subject Notices of Violation.
APS believes this additional time will allow us to provide a more concise response to examples included in the violations: APS expects to complete the response by February 20, 1997.
