NPFC1, NPF-51, NPF-74 PVNGS Power Uprate Startup Report In accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.1, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is hereby submitting this startup report for the two percent increase in rated thermal power allowed pursuant to Technical Specification Amendments 108, 100, and 80 for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Units 1, 2, and 3, respectively.

This startup report provides the results of the testing performed and compares the expected plant parameters previously submitted to the NRC in the referenced letter to the observed values for both the normal and reduced feedwater temperature modes of operation at the new rated thermal power.

The tests performed validate that the models used to support operation at 3876 Mwt adequately predicted system performance and measured parameters are within the expected ranges.
