the apparent violations identified in NRC Inspection Report 50-528;
529; 530/96-10.
The predecisional
enforcement
conference
was held at the
request of Region IV.
The licensee
presented
a summary of the causes
for the apparent violations and
their corrective actions.

are attached to this summary.
