Your submittal letter stated that the changes modified some wording related to the application of the graded approach for Level II verifications to make it consistent with the application of the graded approach as it applies to other veri fication activities.
The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation has been discussing with you the implementation of your graded approach.
