Pursuant to Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Technical Specifications, Section 5.6.5.d, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) provided, in the referenced letter, the PVNGS Unit 1 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR), Revision 24. The PVNGS Unit 1 COLR, Revision 24, remains valid and is applicable for Unit 1 operating cycle 21, which began on November 6, 2017.
