The purpose of this letter is to transmit Arizona Public Service Company's (APS) response to NRC Inspection Report 50-528/529/530/95-23, request for additional information.
The enclosures to this letter provide additional information requested for certain specific areas of the PVNGS'rogram.
Enclosure 1 provides a description of valve grouping methodology, and contains a justification of group valve factors. is a description of the Motor Operated Valve Performance Monitoring and Failure Data Trending program. A description and status of open findings from the self-assessment is provided in Enclosure 3.
