Units1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Present Levels of Financial Protection Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3), the present levels and sources of property insurance maintained for PVNGS are reported as follows:
1.
Primary nuclear property insurance coverage with a limit of $500,000,000 through Nuclear Mutual Limited (NML)effective April 1, 1995.
2.
Excess nuclear property insurance coverage (First Layer) with a limit of $1,400,000,000 excess of $500,000,000 through Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL II) effective November 15, 1995.
3.
Excess nuclear property insurance coverage with a limit of $850,000,000 excess of
$1,900,000,000 through Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL III) effective November 15, 1995.
The total nuclear property insurance coverage in force for PVNGS is $2,750,000,000.
