Reply to Notice of Violation 50-528/529/530/95-11-01, Revision 1 Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is revising the commitment for completion of the security improvement plan discussed in our original response of letter 102-03430-WLS/AKK/DRLdated July 28, 1995. The original commitment stated that the Access Authorization Section will complete implementation of the improvement plan during the first quarter of 1996 with the move to a new central processing facility. In revising this statement, the move by the Access Authorization Section:to the=new central processing facility was delayed due to construction restraints and will now take place during the second quarter of 1996.
