PALO VERDE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION UNIT 3 STEAM GENERATOR TUBE PLUGGING LIcense No. NPF-74 Docket No. 50-530 This report is being provided to report the number of steam generator tubes plugged during the Unit 3 midcycle outage.

On December 12, 1994, Unit 3 was in Mode 5 (COLD SHUTDOWN) during a midcycle outage when an eddy current inspection of both steam generators was completed.

The inspection resulted in the plugging of twelve (12) tubes in Steam Generator No. 1 and nineteen (19) tubes in Steam Generator No. 2.
