PALO VERDE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION 1995 ANNUAL EMERGENCY PLAN EXERCISE SCENARIO This refers to your letter (File: 95-002-493) of February 9,
- 1995, transmitting the scenario for your upcoming annual exercise.
We have reviewed the scenario, and Mr. A. Mcgueen telephonically discussed our comments with Harry F. Bieling on March 14, 1995.
Harry F. Bieling indicated
'that the scenario is being revised to accommodate comments from a review by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and that the NRC inspection team would be briefed on the changes and the final scenario upon arrival at the site on April 11, 1995.
Our review determined that the scenario should support a reasonable demonstration of your emergency response capabilities'hould you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact Mr. Arthur D. Mcgueen at (510) 975-0241.
