File: 95-056-026 ln accordance with Technical Specification 4.4.4.5b, attached please find the Unit2 Steam Generator Eddy Current Examination Report-Midcycle Outage (U2M5) ~ The Unit 2 steam generators were inspected in January 1994, using eddy current testing technology comprised of both bobbin coil probe and motorized rotating pancake coil probe. The inspection identified a total of 330 tubes as having axial indications, 22 in steam generator 2-1 and 308 in steam generator 2-2. Four tubes having circumferential indications were also identified in steam generator 2-2 at the hotleg tubesheet.
