1994 EHERGENCY PLAN EXERCISE OBJECTIVES We have received your letter dated September 1,
- 1994, which discussed the objective to demonstrate unannounced off-'hours emergency response facility activation during the 1994 emergency plan exercise.
Your letter stated that you did not plan to demonstrate this objective during the exercise, because the capability was adequately demonstrated following the Harch 14, 1993, Alert declaration.
We have reviewed your justification and concluded that the commitment to demonstrate unannounced off-hours emergency response facility activation has been met; therefore, it is not necessary to demonstrate this objective during the 1994 exercise.
