STN 50-528/529/530 Emergency Plan lmplementlng Procedures Update File: 94402%93 94456426 ln accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.V, enclosed please find copies of revised PVNGS Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIPs). The procedures included withthis transmittal are indicated on the enclosed list. Also included for your information is a complete listing of the PVNGS EPIPs (Procedures Index).
The enclosed EPIPs contain information considered private or proprietary (including names an/
internal telephone numbers).
In accordance with Generic Letter No. 81-27, the specific information has been bracketed on the EPIPs. Arizona Public Service Company (APS) requests that this information be considered confidential and withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) and 10 CFR 9.17(a).
This letter also fulfillsthe 10 CFR 50.54(q) reporting requirements for submittal of a report of a change that does not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
This change is the addition of an EPIP, identTiied as EPIP-58, and willbe incorporated in an upcoming revision ofthe Emergency Plan.
By copy ofthis letter, APS is forwarding two copies of the enclosure to the NRC Region IV Office.
The NRC Region IV Office will subsequently forward copies of the revised EPIPs to the NRC Walnut Creek Field Office as deemed necessary.
Copies of the revised EPIPs are provided to the NRC Resident Inspector's Office as an update to the assigned contr'oiled procedures.
