'e - 2 Enclosed are the Monthly Operating Reports for March 1994, prepared and submitted pursuant to Specification 6.9.1.6 of Appendix A (Technical Specifications) to the PVNGS Units 1, 2, and 3 Operating Licenses. By copy of this letter, Arizona Public Service Company is also forwarding the Monthly Operating Reports to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.

In the January and February 1994 reports for Unit 2, the Initial Criticality Forecast and Achieved dates reflected the year 1985. The Initial Electricity Achieved date also showed 1985. The correct year for each of these milestones is 1986, not 1985. The date changes were due to computer system file conversions and file upgrades which required re-keying of some of the data.
