This Special Report is being provided pursuant to Palo Verde Unit 2 Technical Specification (TS) Surveillance Requirement 4.4.4.5.a and TS 6.9.2 to report the number of steam generator tubes plugged as a result of inservice inspection activities.

On March 09, 1994, Unit 2 was in Mode 5 (COLD SHUTDOWN) during a mid-cycle outage when inservice inspection of both steam generators was completed.

The inspection resulted in the plugging of Thirty-eight (38) tubes in Steam Generator No.

1 and Three Hundred Seventy-four (374) tubes in Steam Generator No. 2.

Pursuant to TS 4.4.4.5.b, the complete results of the steam generator tube inservice inspection will be submitted by March 09, 1995.
