Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report File: 94-005-419.05 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e), Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is submitting an original and ten copies of the replacement pages, insertion instructions, and list of effective pages for Revision 6 to the PVNGS Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). One copy is being provided to the NRC Region V office, and one copy is being provided to the NRC Resident Inspectors'ffice at PVNGS. The changes included herein were made under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59 but not previously submitted to the NRC.

The PVNGS Operations Quality Assurance Plan (OQAP) has been incorporated back into Section 17.2 of the UFSAR with this update; the separate, previously issued OQAP should be discarded. Changes to the OQAP since the Amendment 1 update, submitted on April 27, 1993, are identified in UFSAR 17.2 with Revision 6 bars. Revision bars have not been used where only the section numbers have changed to comply with the UFSAR format. Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3), changes to the quality assurance program description included in this submittal do not reduce the commitments previously accepted by the NRC.
