NRC Operator Requalification Examinations at Palo Verde Nuclear Gen'crating Station On October 14,
- 1992, the NRC administered requalification simulator examinations to two employees of your company.
Both examinees passed the examinations.
At the conclusion of the examination the preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and enclosures (1) and (3) will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
