On July 23 and 24, 1992, Hr. Thomas J. Saporito was deposed as part of Department of Labor Case 92-ERA-30.
During his testimony, Hr. Saporito raised several concerns related to your Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.
The details of this information are included in the enclosure to this letter.
We request that you review this information 'and provide us with a response within 30 days.
While certain aspects of some of these concerns have been addressed in previous correspondence to us, there may, be additional details in the enclosure which were not previously available.
You should assess any new information provided in the enclosure.
In'hose cases in which your previous response remains unchanged, you ma'y reference your previous correspondence (stating page and paragragh) in your reply. If these concerns are substantiated, your response should include any proposed corrective actions you believe are appropriate.
The enclosure to this letter should be controlled and distribution limited to personnel with a need to know.
The enclosure to this letter is being withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790.
