am providing you with the Final Director's Decision responding to certain allegations raised in the Petition of Hay 22, 1990, filed pursuant to 10 CFR Section 2.206 by you on behalf of Hrs. Linda E. Mitchell (Petitioner).
In particular, I
am addressing the allegations of wrongdoing on the part of Arizona Public Service Company (APS) regarding NRC inspections of emergency lighting and fire protection at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.
I previously addressed technical aspects of the Petitioner's concerns in a Partial Director's Decision forwarded to you with my letter of October 31, 1990.
I have also enclosed a copy of the notice of this Final Director's Decision that has been filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
