the discussion of our findings held by the inspection

team with you and members

of your staff at the conclus)on of the inspection.

Areas

examined during this inspection're

described

in the enclosed

inspection

report.

Within these

areas,

the inspection consisted of selective

examinations

of procedures-

and representative

records,

interviews with personnel,

and

observations

by the inspectors.

No deviations or violations of NRC requirements

were identified within the

scope of this inspection.

One item was identified as

an exercise

weakness.

The exercise

weakness

concerning health physics performance is described

in

Section

8 of 'the attached

report.

The inspectors

were also concerned

about

the amount of simulation in the

OSC play during the exercise,

which is also

discussed

in Section

8 of the attached

report.

In accordance

with 10 CFR 2. 790(a),

a copy of this letter and the enclosure
