529, 530 IHPACT OF EHERGENCY OPERATING PROCEDURE IHPLEHENTATION SCHEDULE ON 1992 INITIAL LICENSE EXAHI NATION Thank you for your letter of Hay 27, 1992 detailing the Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP) implementation schedule and the impact of the schedule on the 1992 initial license examination.

After the revised EOPs have been implemented, Region V plans to issue operator licenses to all candidates who have passed the examination, after we review the adequacy of the applicants'raining on the revised

EOPs, and compare the revised EOPs with the previous version.

These reviews will be conducted during a future inspection.

We will contact your training staff with the examination results as soon as they are available, to advise you regarding which applicants have passed the examination.
