Dear Hr. Conway:

Your letter 'dated Hay 14, 1992 requested an extension of 14 days for Arizona Public Service Complany (APS) to respond to our letter of April 22, 1992 requesting a response within 30 days regarding certain issues provided to the APS Employee-Concerns Program.

In your request you stated that you need the additional time to perform a "thorough and quality review" of these issues.

We have decided to grant your request for a 14 day extension.
